Hosting a private event, office lunch, or celebration? Battista’s Catering brings handmade calzones straight to your crew with tray-style or individually packaged options. Whether you’re feeding 20 or 200, we’ve got a solution tailored to your needs.

Want the Battista’s experience on wheels? Our food truck is perfect for weddings, late-night parties, community events, and festivals. We serve hot, fresh calzones straight from the oven with flavour, fun, and speed.

What’s included:

Calzone + side per guest (for up to 75–100 guests, depending on day)
Choice of up to 5 calzone flavours
2 hours of service (additional hours available)
Eco-friendly plates, cutlery, and napkins
Fully staffed truck and service window experience
Self-contained unit with water and generator power (can plug in if needed)
Travel up to 25 km from our HQ (11745 84 St NW) — travel fees may apply
Arrival 30 mins before service, departure 30 mins after

Minimums & Rates:

• $1500 for 75 guests (Thu/Fri evenings, Sat afternoons, Sundays)
• $2000 for 100 guests (Saturday evenings)
• $17.50 per guest after initial cap
• $100/hr surcharge after 2 hours
• 10% gratuity + GST not included

How do I book the food truck?
Send us an email to pencil in your preferred date. Once confirmed, we require a 20% deposit and signed estimate. Our calendar fills quickly — early booking is recommended!

What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 21 days receive a refund minus $100 admin. Between 14–20 days, the full deposit is kept. Within 4–13 days, deposit + 15% cancellation applies. Within 72 hours, 100% is charged.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! Please let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to tailor your menu to your guests.

What happens at the event?
Guests come to the truck window, order, wait to be called, and return to their table. It’s casual, fun, and self-serve — we handle all the food, service, and clean-up of our disposables.

Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely. Just let us know what you’re envisioning — we love to collaborate and theme things up.

Do you travel outside Edmonton?
We serve events within 25 km of our HQ. Travel beyond that is possible with an additional fee — reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
